A self-confessed addict of decorative papers, floral photography, greeting cards and anything that has to do with stationery. With my obsession in check and inspiration from family and friends to keep them knee deep in handmade stationery, I created Paper Joint in 2005. Our product line includes stylish postcards, note cards, envelope stickers and other fine stationery products and gifts.

All photographs used on Paper Joint products are taken exclusively by Paper Joint owner, Robbyn Overall. "I believe natural beauty never needs to be altered or enhanced; therefore, Paper Joint uses no photo editing software to modify their images - WYSIWYG".

Shipping Information ::

Our shipping and processing rates cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing the purchased item(s), transportation and related overhead.

Most ground orders are processed and shipped via UPS or USPS within 3-4 business days. Delays will be communicated within 48 hours via phone or email.

Once your package leaves our location, you can expect the following transit times for delivery within the continental US (barring extreme weather conditions and holidays):

Ground - delivery 5 to 7 business days. UPS ground deliveries are made Monday through Friday.*

You will receive an email the day your order is shipped which will include tracking information. We guarantee packages are put on board the shipping transit service. However, from this point, we do not take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you.

We want you to be happy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will do our best to accommodate your return/exchange. Return/exchange items must have a RA number and be returned to us in their original condition. Please contact us for the Return Authorization number within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise refund/exchange.

We will process your return/exchange promptly upon receipt. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note: Banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement. Custom & personalized items and sale merchandise are not returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Paper Joint shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Paper Joint shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
